Full Sets/New Clients- Deposit required to book any full set. No deposit=No appointment -Your deposit will be deducted from the total at your appointment. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE-Please allow up to 3 hours for your appointment. All new clients will complete a consent form prior to any service. Timing varies between everyone and is based on your natural lash count and health.-Lash shampoo is highly recommended for all clients to maintain healthy, clean lashes.
Refills-2-3 weeks-Any fill after 3 weeks will be a full set.-Less than 40% of lashes will be a full set.-Foreign fills are welcome with an additional fee and approval from the lash tech. 
No shows/Late Policy-No call, no shows will be required to pay 70% of the service that has been reserved for your appointment. Please understand that this is a full time job and when you don’t show up, your tech is missing out on money that she works hard for. Failure to pay the fee will ban you from booking future appointments. -If you are 15+ minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be asked to pay 50% of the reserved service in order to book again. 
Cancellations-Please give at 48 hour notice when cancelling your appointment. -Canceling your appointment less than 24 hours beforehand does not give enough time for another person to take your time slot.- If you cancel in the 24 hour time frame, you will be asked to pay 50% of your reserved service before you can reschedule. Age-You must be 17+ to book an appointment with First Glance Lashes.
Children-No children. No exceptions.Please arrange childcare when you book your appointment. Getting your lashes done requires your eyes to be fully closed the entire time. Your lash tech is not responsible for keeping an eye on your child/children during the appointment. Refunds/ConcernsNO REFUNDS
Lash extensions are a luxury service that requires time, experience, and supplies. If you are unhappy with your results, please contact me within 48 hours so we can come up with a solution. You may be offered a free touch up or removal if the tech feels it is appropriate. 
 Payment 
Payments are accepted in cash or card ONLY-Card payments will have an additional $3 fee-Cash payments should be exact chance. We do not carry cash to give change back.
